At CodAI ("CodAI Offline", "we", "us"), privacy is not an afterthought — it is our fundamental founding principle. We engineered CodAI specifically so that your source code, proprietary logic, and developer payloads never leave your local machine.

1. 100% Offline Local Model Inference

When using CodAI Offline, all artificial intelligence models (such as Qwen2.5-0.5B, Llama-3.2-1B, and tinyllama) run locally on your CPU or GPU. Prompt context, AST trees, code snippets, and completion outputs are processed entirely in local RAM/VRAM with zero network calls to remote servers.

2. Client-Side Browser Utilities

All developer utilities on codai.pro/tools (including JSON Formatter, JWT Decoder, SQL Formatter, Base64 Encoder, and Regex Tester) execute 100% client-side via JavaScript sandboxes inside your web browser. Your inputs are never transmitted across the network.

3. Zero Telemetry & Data Harvesting

CodAI contains zero analytics trackers, zero telemetry scripts, zero keyloggers, and zero crash data collectors. We do not track who you are, what projects you build, or how often you use our tools.

4. Open Source Transparency

Because our codebase is open-source under the GPL-3.0 license, anyone can audit our source code on GitHub to verify our network isolation and security architecture.
